Modi Yoga Retreat is a holistic wellness centre and yoga retreat which offers guests the opportunity to experience yoga and meditation in an environment which complements all levels of development.
The challenge was to create awareness about the retreat through social media channels and generate more leads for it. Creating an attractive and interactive website, offline brand creatives, and generating traffic towards the retreat’s website. Building a social media campaign to increase engagement with the audience.
Offline Creatives – We created a range of offline creatives for the retreat for promotional purposes, which included flyers, brochures, posters related to covid precautions and invites. Also, we created menus and forms that could be used by their customers when they opted for their services.
Website Changes – SEO friendly content was created to increase traffic towards the main website, new pages were created to cover a broader range of services of the website, and changes were made to the pictures on the pages to align them with the content as well as enhance the look and feel of the website.
Chatbot – Various chatbot journeys were created for the convenience of the people who visited the website and were interested in the services. These journey’s included book your stay, online consultation and much more for quick and efficient customer service. The traffic from the chatbot was used to create a database for future email marketing activities.
Social Media Campaign – We worked towards building brand engagement on various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Creative posts and videos were planned to keep a regular flow of content throughout the platforms.
Video Productions – Creative videos were shot and designed to enhance the visual presence and increase brand awareness. These videos included various personalities as well as promotional content.
Performance Marketing – For the budget of 50k we placed google ads as well as social media ads that were rationed based on the results they produced, which showed higher interaction on Google ads and hence our focus in that area was higher compared to social media ads.
