Introduction

Over the course of eight decades, a lot has changed about Haldirams Nagpur. They have relocated, undergone expansion, developed new product lines & added segments, opened retail chains & stores across India and embraced new markets overseas. One thing hasn’t changed – They’re still a tight-knit family business, committed to serving the most authentic taste of India through their products.

Challenges

The challenge for the team was to introduce the new range of products in the market of west and south India. It was also challenging to cater to a very niche audience- 18-35 year olds with different approaches. the It was Minute Khana range in West and South of India

Solution

The whole team came up with a 360° plan with ATL + BTL and other activities while involving launching of the products. The team came up with creative ideas to run digital ads, SMM, SEO- meta tags, Performance Marketing, Complete new website. To increase the engagement rate, the team reached out to good performing influencers for influencer marketing. There were giveaways, quora, posters to increase the engagement and brand awareness. The team very creatively came up with the idea of a food truck which is stationed in Nagpur.
